Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 14, 2026

Last Updated: May 14, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Intentional Demand website at www.intentionaldemand.com (the “Site”), including any products, content, and services offered through the Site. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase any products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, create an account, or purchase products. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access purchased products, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us promptly at support@intentionaldemand.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Products and Licensing

Intentional Demand sells digital products, including Excel workbooks, PDF documents, and related materials (collectively, “Products”). Products are sold as individual items or as bundles.

License Grant. Upon purchase, you receive a single user, nontransferable, nonexclusive license to use the Products for your own internal business purposes. This license is granted to the individual or entity that completed the purchase and does not extend to other individuals, teams, or organizations unless a separate team license is purchased.

Restrictions. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly share, or make the Products available to any third party. You may not use the Products to create competing products or derivative works intended for commercial distribution. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or attribution contained within the Products.

Intentional Demand retains all intellectual property rights in the Products, including all frameworks, methodologies, templates, and content. Your purchase grants a license to use the Products, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed on the Site in the applicable currency and include any taxes or fees collected by our third party payment processor where required by law.

Payment is processed by our third party payment processor at the time of purchase. Intentional Demand does not store or handle your payment details directly. Your use of the payment processor is subject to its own terms of service and privacy policy.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

6. Product Access and Delivery

After a successful purchase, access to the Products is provisioned to your account on the Site. You can access and download your purchased Products by logging into your account dashboard.

You may download your purchased Products as many times as you need. Sharing your account credentials or download access with others is prohibited.

We are committed to maintaining the Site and your access to purchased Products for the long term. In the unlikely event that the Site is permanently discontinued, we will provide advance notice and ensure you have the opportunity to download your Products before access ends.

7. Refund Policy

Because our Products are digital and can be downloaded immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final.

Refund Window. You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided that none of the Product files associated with your purchase have been downloaded. Once any file has been downloaded, the refund window closes regardless of the 7 day period.

How to Request a Refund. To request a refund, email support@intentionaldemand.com with your purchase email address and the reason for your request. We will verify your download history and process eligible refunds within 7 business days.

Refund Processing. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method via our third party payment processor. Upon refund, your access to the associated Products is revoked immediately.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions above or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or abusive.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or Products for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other user accounts, or our systems

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site

  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access the Site or download Products

  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent access controls, including download link security

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when creating an account or making a purchase

9. Product Warranties

The Products are strategic tools and frameworks designed to support your planning, targeting, and go-to-market operations. Results from using the Products depend on your implementation approach, your team's execution, market conditions, and the specific context of your business. Intentional Demand does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue targets, or performance benchmarks from the use of any Product.

The Site and all Products are provided without express or implied warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. This is standard practice for digital products and does not diminish the quality or value of what is delivered.

10. Limitation of Liability

Intentional Demand's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or Products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim. Intentional Demand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Products, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, regardless of the theory of liability.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized redistribution of Products, fraudulent refund requests, or abusive behavior.

You may close your account at any time through your account settings on the Site, or by contacting support@intentionaldemand.com. Account closure does not entitle you to a refund for previously purchased Products.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the email address associated with your account.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
